MEET ALEXIS
Alexis Andra is the founder and creative force behind The Shift Creative.
Her goal when starting the company was to shift the way people experienced art. She has been dubbed “installation queen” and has been featured in numerous publications for her ability to transform concepts into visual brilliance. She currently serves as the Creative Director (and all the other roles a business owner holds) thoughtfully conceptualizing new ideas for Shift’s clients. With a background in psychology and a deep faith, Alexis is also a motivational speaker and writer. Her remarkable journey from childhood adversity to entrepreneurial success underscores her resilience and determination. She desires to show her 2 kids, Sophia and Sullivan, that you miss every shot you don’t take so you might as well go for it!

Her strategic mindset delves into innovative ways to enhance brand visibility, make her an pivotal force in crafting and implementing successful campaigns through digital marketing and social media. Her role extends beyond marketing strategies; she is instrumental in fostering strong client relationships, understanding their goals and our efforts accordingly. She has been named “eagle eyes” due to her attention to detail and she keeps our company moving towards its goals through her dedication, adaptability and creativity; shaping the narrative of success for the brands we champion.

With an innate talent for logo formation, color play, and all things branding, Abby brings brands to life! While she loves the aesthetics part of design work, she is also passionate about cultivating brand recognition and awareness. She’s a storyteller in visual form. Abby has a talent for translating the clients goals and visions into compelling narratives, creating designs that resonate with authenticity.
